Being
I prefer to be a human being
rather than a human doing.
We're always doing, all the time,
if not in body, then in mind.
The more caught in human doing,
the more momentum of self-involvement,
and the further away
is relaxation, revelation, peace,
and joy of pure Being.
So ask yourself,
are you a being that's truly human,
and are you a human that's truly being,
any or all the time?
