Phil's Mondo India Slide Show
Sights of Mussourie

Most of central Mussourie is closed to automobile traffic, which is a welcome break, if you've ever experienced Indian traffic.

A common form of transportation in India is bicycle rickshaw, and its the most common form in Mussourie. Many old men are rickshaw drivers, and I almost killed one who drove me to my hotel, considering the total weight of me and my luggage.

If you think you have a tough job, reflect this old Tibetan man's job. Without any kind social security system, the elderly in India are particularly vulnerable and have to fend for themselves. Notice the mala/rosary in the man's right hand.
