Scenes From Thimphu
Looking down at the street from my hotel room, I noticed these three Indians covered in different colored paint. I realized then that it was the full moon in April and the occasion of the Hindu Holi Festival, where devotees of Krishna throw colored water and paint on each other, commemorating play by Lord Krisha ages ago. |
